Waaaahhhh how do you make the stock?
@parisbmws My mil makes it by boiling bones, prawn shells and garlic (?). She also cooks the prawns and lean meat in the same broth.

@parisbmws Ooh, I can't wait to see the result! But you know what, home-cooked versions will never match up to the ones outside because of the sheer number of bones they use! Picture a huge pot simmering from day to night...yum!! 😋💦
@parisbmws My mil's method is the shortcut method too (I believe there's sugar in it), hahaha!
True but at least there's less salt and no msg! Means can drink up every drop hehe
@parisbmws Oh yes, that's true! And I do, haha! I actually have to add a little soy sauce to the stock for added sweetness/saltiness. We use a good one from Guang Xiang Tai.
