I'll let you know on the shin splints front ! Ive finally made myself see a pediatrist about mine this weekend ! I think easing back into it is key but I'm never very good at that! All or nothing seems to be my exercise regime! Hope they improve @thehouseofam !

You need to stretch, stretch, stretch! And pull back a little on your exercise and then see if that helps:D hubby got them last yr, they just seem so painful! Hope you're feeling better soon:)

Shin splints? Ooh, nasty. Try gym and get on an elliptical (cross trainer). I bought one 4 months ago and my tummy, toosh & thighs have shrunk!- and no impact on knees/shins. Sorry to hear ur poorly, get well soon xx
